It is bit difficult to get a seat with this rank in any government veterinary college. A rank of 1700 - 1800 will assure you a seat for BVSc in General merit and with a 94% in PCB , a score of 140+ is safe to get admission into BVSc . Despite of it you can go for some private colleges of Karnataka .

You have very less or no chance to get a veterinary course seat in SVU/Dr. NTR College with 26568 rank with even BC-E caste reservation as competition is very high and seats are very less in these colleges.

If I may say so you have obtained a bit lower rank. This will definitely get you admission in an engineering college but to get CSE looks difficult. However, admission process many a times throws surprises and hence you can have hope till the last round. Best wishes to you.
