Yes, there is a state level exam for BAMS, BHMS, etc. BAMS or BHMS are exempted from NEET or you can get admission in BAMS directly through management quota.

BAMS admissions are done through state level medical entrance examinations currently. You have to appear that examination meant for BAMS BHMS.

You can learn Sanskrit in the first year of BAMS, there is an option in first year because everyone do not know Sanskrit. You can get admission by giving state level entrance exam because NEET is not much considered in many states for BAMS. But, now there are no more entrance exams.

Both of these courses are good but the scope and job opportunities available after BPT are much more than BAMS.

Yes, after completion of the BAMS course, work with an experience doctor. You will get the experience in that course. Fresher and experience doctors are eligible for this.
