If you get admitted to a very reputed university in Canada then you can go ahead otherwise pursue it in India. Of course, studying in Canada will give you much advanced training and access to better technology in this field.

BAMS qualification is valid and considered in USA and some of the European countries. You need to pass qualifying examination of the respective country.

NEET examination is only for admission into MBBS BDS courses. State level entrance admission examinations are there for other allied courses like BAMS, BHMS, etc.

In medical science, you don't have any other things to do except treating the patient. However, you can go for hospital administration, in which you don't have to look after your patients.
