To open n run medical stores you must have either d pharma or b pharma ( allopathy or ayurved). You will have to be registered also to run medical store. BAMS is a Pantone in ayurvedic system. So its quite not possible.

Under graduate in ayurvedic or homeopathy is a good idea and since you are from bio background it totally depends on your interest. Both ayurveda and homeopathy are two different domains in medical studies. Both are having equal importance in present time. Most of the people using homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines for curing their diseases. So better think and choose one out of two in which you are really interested.

The program is having a duration of 5 ½ years including a one-year internship program. The Central Council of Indian Medicine observes Indian Ayurvedic Education.
The aspirants can apply for the B.A.M.S program as and when the college comes out with a notification. The application forms are available in the website of the institute.
