See the cutoff for MBBS is very high as compared to that of BAMS and DPharm. In national level common examination the cuttoff for MBBS admission may go to 65-70%. However for BAMS DPharm its 50%.

BAMS will open more doors. BHMS is narrow and limited to only one industry.
