Part time courses in HM are not very effective as you miss on the practical required in the field. However incase you just wish to gain a qualification then you may opt for the same.

If you want to be an entrepreneur then www.ediindia.org offers one year diploma programme "Diploma in entrepreneurship and business management" in distance mode.
