The minimum eligibility criteria of various courses offered at Alliance University Bangalore is 10+2 with minimum 45% of marks for general and 40% for reserved categories. Hence you are not eligible for any course if belongs to general category.

Yes, you son can get PESIT for CSE and ECE. The last year COMEDK closing ranks in CSE and ECE for general category were 45186 and 9464 respectively. While your son can get Civil, ECE, EEE, EIE etc. In BIT.
