Opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission. Stick to branch first then think about college because its your branch with which you have to stay life long and not college.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

I think, that you are not eligible for any good government Universities or good private universities. But, you can get admissions through management quota in some non-reputed universities of India.
