Undoubtedly, Vogue Institute is a better choice as it is one of the top colleges in India for design courses. The placements are also great. You must check their website for placements. The institute holds a good record of students being placed with some of the highly reputed organisations.

It's indeed nice to know your dreams of becoming an aeronautical engineer. Unfortunately, almost all states in India allow only domiciles of their state to seek admission in engineering colleges of the state. Hence if you are domicile of Tamil Nadu then only you can think of it. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission in Tamil Nadu.

Unfortunately, there is not even a decent B-School in Bangalore (or anywhere in India for that matter) where one can expect getting admission with that low score in the CAT exam. And the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA; a total waste of both time (2-years) and money (in Lacs). I advise you to either reappear for CAT (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MAH-MBA CET and MAT.
Wish you good luck!
