Both are good colleges but in my opinion, you should give first to VIT, Vellore as this year, this college is ranked 1 by MHRD.

Presidency College for B.Tech CSE is a good choice. I would suggest you to go for this colleges. Its placement is good and a lot of top companies visit its campus.

IIM-B will be the best option for you. Other options include Jain University and IIM-A (E-PGP).

It is a good institute, but there are many other good colleges available to pursue BCA.
