Admission in IISC is done via 3 ways: first is you need to qualify KVPY examination, 2nd is you need to score minimum of 60% in JEE Mains and JEE advance and 3rd is you need to score minimum of 60 percentage in NEET. If you find your self in any of these category, you can apply for IISC and as far as the eligibility is concerned, you need to have minimum of 60% marks in 12th.

There is no reputed college in India which consider boards marks, since boards marks is also not considerable from this marks. So, JEE is also not very much beneficial for you, if you don't get more than 150 marks. But, as you said, you are searching colleges in Bangalore, Pune and Tamil Nadu, you may apply for exams like COMEDK, MHCET, and some private universities like VIT and SRM. Some of the good colleges in these areas are COEP, VJTI,MIT RVCE, MS RAMIAH, BIT, NIE, VIT VELLORE and SRM.
All the best.
