Yes, But you must earn your Diploma from any stream. You must take the Bank PO tests administered by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection after receiving your Diploma. Yes, you can get a salary of rupees 23,700 during the probation period. After the probation period you are allowed for full salary. You will also get various allowances like dearness allowance, house rent allowance, city compensatory allowance and special allowance. There are also other benefits and perquisites such as leased accommodation, travelling allowance, medical aid, newspaper reimbersment and telephone.
