Hello, there is no Diploma course-management less than 2 years if you doesn't wish to take finance, you may go for marketing or HRM or any other stream, it would be helpful if you do MBA in a well reputed college so that you could get good career prospects.

Yes, there are various ways of going into banking industry after class 12th. You can give banking exams like SBI PO IBPS PO RBI, NABARD, ESIC and various such exams after completing your graduation. If you are interested in private jobs you can also go for MBA in Finance specialization from good colleges after giving CAT XAT MAT etc.
