If you have the passion for bank job then try for bank if you have the passion for software job then try for MCA.
If you are interested for Software you complete your MCA degree successfully then you can try for all jobs eg. you can do software jobs as tester/programmer/developer again you can apply for IBPS IT Officers' job.
As you know today a simple Graduate from the recognized University can try for IBPS/SBI clerk/PO job.
So it is up to you your path is open everywhere now you are the driver you select which road/course you will opt.
