The CMS College of Engineering and Technology has 11 courses and INR 55 K fee per year whereas Bannari Amman institute of technology (BIT) college has INR 75 K fee per year. The all over India rank of BIT is 96 whereas the rank of CMS is 85. The BIT college is more expensive than CMS. So I would say that CMS is better to choose rather than BIT college.

Both the colleges have same tution fee of Rs. 35000/- for 2 year Masters of business administration program. So, none of the above, BAIT or KEC, is expensive and the amount when compared to other colleges, these colleges are cheaper. You can compare the colleges in any other factor rather than fees like infrastructure, placements, rankings, etc.

Candidates who plan to get admission in B.Tech at BAIT have to complete the TNAE counselling process and there is no JEE score require to get admission into BAIT. You can just do TNAE counselling after completing your class 12th with a percentage of around 40-45%. You can show your scorecard of JEE also but it will rarely put impact on your admission or selection process.
