Both courses are great at their place. The actual point is that what you want to do. If you want to go in management stream, then go for BMS and if you want to go for science stream then go for B.Sc.

Actually the fact is that no course is hard if you do it seriously with hardwork and attention. Many Science students purse BBA. If you are interested in management studies then yes it will be a good choice for you.

Yes, you can join an MBA degree after BDS degree.
