Hi Sonali. MIT Pune is a better option for BBA than Upes by all means, But if your interest lies in energy related domain like petroleum engineering then UPES is a good choice. Good luck!

LPU as my cousins are studying there and on similar parameters you can have a comparative study of the college you want. BMS form St. Xaviers undoubtedly is the better option it provides you with better analytical thinking which is not only necessary for jobs but also throughout your life. BMS is a new course and can sustain diverse educational constraints. BBA courses are predominantly of commerce origin. Also faculty wise and crowd wise St. Xaviers is better.

12+ 3 year education can certified you that you are matured to do job. All depends up on your development. You have to prove your capacity to complete a work and according you will reward. Experience require for your subject. My BBA graduate friends have started from 5000 INR/month onwards and now getting 50000 to 150000 p/m after 10 years of experience.
