For BBA in GGDSD College the cut off for UT Pool General is 84 to 86% and for Non UT Pool General it is 92 to 94%.

Yes, you can. In most universities, candidates applying for BBA are required to have cleared their 10+2 with above 50% in grade 12 from a recognised board.
