Yes, you can apply for BBA course of JKLU. The eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility criteria : Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST Candidates), from a recognised Central/State Board/ University Examination in India or in any foreign country recognised as equivalent to 10+2 system

At IILM Undergraduate Business School the eligibility criteria are as follows:
55% marks in Grade 12.
Personal Interview Round is conducting at the campus or Online interviews are also conducted

It depends upon the university to university. What kind of degree you are being offered from the college. Some colleges in India are offering international degrees while studying in your home countries itself. One of the best college is IILM, Undergraduate School, Delhi.

I think you should go with B.Sc. Statistics, because B.Sc. Data Science students have big competition with B.Tech CSE students and most of the companies prefers to select the B.Tech CSE students in place of B.Sc. Students.
