Those candidates who appeared in CAT, they all must have done their Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (for general category) and 45 percent marks (for SC, ST, and PWD category) or equivalent CGPA for recognized university. Those candidates who are pursuing their final year bachelor's degree also applied for CAT. It is important to know that the independent admission criteria of each IIM to mandate their own eligibility including CAT 2019 score, past academic performance, academic cut-offs, work experience etc.

This course is of more importance to students from a non-commerce as it brings them on terms with the basics in business administration. Yes, in the coming years management jobs will be lucrative and tough to get and students pursuing BBA and MBA will have an edge over others.
