Hi Abhishek, According to the best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses. If making a career in management is your priority, then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants. B.Com on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study.

BBA and B.Com are both good qualifications for seeking admission in MBA. If you are targeting finance & accounting career then B.Com is better option in comparison to BBA. If you are still not clear about your MBA and career specialisations then BBA is a better choice. It will expose you to all management functions and help you to chose best option for you.

The only main thing that should be considered to opt anything for your career is your 'area of interest'. You should really think on this front because if you enjoy your work, you can do better on your work place instead of choosing any other career even with high potential. But for the question you have asked, my opinion is that, in BBA there is basically no specialisation but you can go for BBA in banking and insurance as you will get the knowledge about the banking and insurance sector that is the major part of an economy but due to digitalisation, you should also do some certificate course of IT sector I. e. HTML, DBMS, etc.

It depends on your interest. In my view, marketing has more scope in the future as compared to HR. In the former, you will get more opportunities in the business market. Not only core, you will also get some experience of the market research and market analyst, which is the future.
