Hi,
Decision is yours, but according to my views, if you have devoted 2 years for BBA, then why do you want to waste 2 years for Diploma? First, complete your graduation. Graduation has its own value rather than Diploma. Good luck.

You are eligible to do LLB Programme, then after you can go for LLM programme, because LLM programme is a Master’s degree programme. And for law colleges you can check this link:

It may depends on your ranking , if you would give the exam and you are in the slot of getting good colleges, then for sure you'll get the admission in BBA.

If you reside in Mumbai then you may not get to avail the distance education module since they would check your address for proof reasons and may not allow.
