Yes you can opt. The eligibility criteria of BBA (FIA) at SSCBS is given below:
1. The applicant should have passed the Class XII examination of any Board/ University examination in India or in any foreign country recognised as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities

You are eligible to take admission in BBA degree programme which is of 3 years on regular basis in different universities in India but you have to do BBA only with the college or university which is granted by the University Grant Commission Government of India.
