You can surely fill the form.
But, Patna Women's College provide BBA as a vocational course as far as my knowledge is concerned. You should confirm the same prior to your admission process completion.
Also, it is suggested that you pursue BBA from some other University as it would provide you with a wide platform which you might not be able to get in the college. Moreover, Placement opportunities will also be much better in other Universities. Patna Women's College is good for courses like B.Com, B.Sc.

In terms of study and placement, ABBS is really good. Further, you can pursue MBA too from Acharya Bangalore B-School. It is one of the highest named school.

There is no course named BBA in Delhi University. It is named as BMS. Bachelor in management studies. Its fees is approximately 14-16k per year.

The admission process is pretty simple for GGSIPU. You have to give the exam IPUCET. According to the merit list seats will be alloted before that you have to sit for the counselling.

Hello! Yes, you can surely change your college after finishing BBA for pursuing MBA. It is not compulsory to pursue both the degrees from the same college.
