Look, all the specializations are good, there is nothing called good or bad. It depends on your area of interest. Some find Accounts valuable as they are good with numbers, while some find HR as good because they are good in People Management. So, choose the stream as per your area of interest. Taking admission for MBA this year in any good college is not possible since the deadlines have been over. You can appear for the MBA entrance exams, and apply for the admissions next year.

Yes, you may have a chance with 106 marks in NATA, but your class 12th score may be a little lower. Average NATA cut off in BMS is 105/200 in NATA.
