Bachelors of Business Administration BBA is a management degree which teaches about how an organisation works and administration and how to handle the management. But, coming to Computer Science CS it is a technical degree which is all about technology and software. Both are irrelevant degrees which are highly impossible to pursue at single time. After your BBA, I can assure you that you can get a job in India. To get an internship or placement, only BBA degree won't help you because of huge competition as you are aware of it. Especially aboard, they mostly entertain MS students. So, if you want to get placed aboard, I would suggest that you pursue a postgraduate degree like MBA so you will be having an edge to get placed aboard. You should go to that particular college and know the eligibility criteria for BBA, but for MBA you need 50% and above to get admissions in B schools followed by an entrance exam.
