Hello Yash,
The eligibility criteria for BBA course is you must have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate marks at 10+2 or equivalent examination for being eligible to BA. Candidates passing in Mathematics/ Statistics at 10+2 or equivalent exam is compulsory for being eligible to BA. For further query you can google it -

Fee for B.Tech is around INR. 1.2 lacs per year, and 10+2 with physics, chemistry, math with minimum 60% marks are eligible for B.Tech.

According to my views and experience, minimum qualification criteria, is student must have to pass graduation, but as you say, you have completed BBA and MBA, definitely you can join B.Ed course.
