It depends on which college you are doing it from. The companies coming on campus will in most cases offer the best packages that can range from 3LPA to 10LPA (CBS). The average package is between 3 - 5 LPA. However, it's totally your skills and how you approach the interviews. In the corporate world the BMS degree has a certain degree of respect. So don't worry about the package. Have a good time at college and I can assure you there is a suitable job that is waiting for you.

No, I think there is no possibility of doing dual degree at a time. It would be better if you take it after completing it. But even if you get admission in any open university you may face some problems regarding admission, exams, dates, etc.

Yes you can do both courses parallel as well. But you have to do hotel management on regular basis, and event can be on distance mode. Then only you can do both together. But seriously if you asked, then I will suggest you event management course after graduation. There are a lot of opportunities in event management course. Because each and every organisation need to organize a event either its on small level or big one. So scope of event management is very wide.

Admission to IIMs is via a common entrance examination called CAT. After clearing the entrance examination, based on your score, past academics and relevant work experience IIMs shortlist students for written ability test & PI where they will gauge your interest for pursuing MBA. After clearing the same, one gets admission to any of the IIMs.
Good luck!
