You can, if you try harder, but for better opportunities, you should do MBA. It is in much demand. Best colleges for doing an MBA are:

Lovely Professional University, Punjab (accepts/CAT/MAT/XAT/LPUNEST) Department of Management Studies, II

MBA after B.Com is better than MBA after B.Sc because after B.Com, you have some ideas regarding Accounting and finance, etc.
