Visit the campus of the college to obtain the application form and prospectus.

Yes, although you have very high rank there is the possibility to get admission in Vivekanand Prof. University. Go check the counselling's and keep trying until the last counselling. It may be the possibility that you don't get at first counselling but you will get it definitely in last counselling.

Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for the student to be eligible for semester exam.
