Hi Niranjan,
The eligibility is as follows:
Higher secondary exam passed students from any discipline with a minimum of 40% marks is the eligibility for the course.
In case of candidates from reserved categories, it is also 40%.

For a BBA graduate, MBA is the suitable option as he/she has studied various important subjects regarding it in BBA. It will depend on your preference also as if you are satisfied with hospital administration and want to grow your career in it, then opt for it.

Yes, PCB candidates can also apply for BBA and MBA in aviation. It is a management course and there is no such prerequisite to have PCM or PCB in 10+2.

In BBA, you will get the overview of management. However, if you have some sort of specialization, then it may differ. Wheares in B.Com, the main focus is on accounts and taxation. As you said, you are interested in accounts, B.Com would be the best option.
