Hi Ankit!
It depends on your interest if you want to make a career in management or banking. Unless MBA is pursued from a premier institution, I recommend you to join the Bank. If you got admission for MBA in a reputed university, it is undoubtedly the better option. Pursuing MBA in Finance will also give you a good career push and a better designation in a Bank and other financial institutions.

In the interview, everything starts with an introduction about you, then they will ask some personal question about your home, family, schooling, etc. They will ask you for the micro-presentation on any topic given to you. They will ask questions related to your interest subjects. Be good at whatever subject you are best in. During the interview, they will check your confidence level and communication skills. These are some questions that will help you.

Hi Manav,
If you have completed your 12th and with good academic percentile, 70% or above you should apply directly to a BBA programme to a good university. Even with less than 70% you can apply to some reputed SPP colleges. Why complicate things with credit transfers and applying for another Diploma? Yes, majority of the colleges and universities in Canada offers co-op particularly SPP colleges. You should contact some colleges directly, check their websites, email them about co-op opportunities, career assistance, stay back options, etc. This will also show you are serious to study there.
