You cant directly get into symbiosis in 2nd year of BBA. You need to start from 1st year. If you are currently studying and then want to change in that case you need to speak with the college.

College or course change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

You should follow Christ University and Symbiosis, Pune and DU JAT and can also check the information for IPMAT if you get one of these.

You will find lower ranked colleges with this profile. Good MBA programs require work experience and higher grades. You can also find options in SPP colleges.

Yes, you can pursue mass communication after completing BBA. But, think before you step in, this field will make you explore a lot of things and you need to work very hard. This is not the kind of field you will just go in and get a job, instead, you will have to show your skill set to the best to get there.

No need to worry, just follow a simple procedure before changing the place. Just try to meet the Vice-Chancellor of Bharathiar University but before you meet the VC of the university, get a transfer letter signed by the higher authority of your deemed university and then write a letter citing your concerns and then attach both and show to the VC of Bharathiar University that would be enough and your attendance and everything will be intact.
