Abroad itself is a vast term.You have to be specific with the country. Different countries have different requirements. in general you must take IELTS or TOEFL to meet English language requirements. Exams like SAT may be required depending on where you want to study. Also complete you 10+2

There are no such good colleges which do not accept CAT/MAT score.If you want to get into a good college, you have to take at least one of the exams to get admission in a college for MBA.

Yes, you can, but you need 50% in BBA if you belong to the general category and 45% if you belong to SC or ST category.

With entrance you need to focus on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English and GK. If you are good at these then you must not go for special classes and you can prepare on your own but if you are a bit weak then you should join special classes.
