These are completely different fields so you have to make up your mind first in which direction you want to go: management professional or dentist. BBA has different specializations that you can choose as per your interests. So as of now I think your should check some good BBA specializations, compare them all and then choose your field which suits your interest.

It depends upon the University, if they allow to do so.
In CNLU, many students in 1st semester, who were studying in BBA to BALLB after University allowed them.
So, you need to talk to your administration if they allow or not.
