There is no such restrictions. MBA has many specialisation hence any stream any student can do MBA in a particular stream so it's not necessary only after BBA you have to pursue MBA.

No, it is not. Every year, there are around 20% Freshers in a batch of IIM, Bangalore. And, many of them quite well from landing a good job to acing courses, it just becomes a function of your effort here.

It is definitely a good choice to pursue mass communication from DAVV but it would be much better if you can just move out to a metropolitan city for better options.

Nishchal, if you did not give JEE, try for admission in private universities like Amity, Sharda, Galgotia, etc. They offer admission on other parameters too other than JEE.
Outside Delhi, you can try for admission in Lovely, Chitkara, etc. They also offer direct admissions.
Infact Lovely is known for best placements in North India, especially for engineering.

PUC says Pre University and BBA is degree program. It's not worth being compared. You study basics of BBA in PUC so please come out of this wrong mind set of two courses being same. BBA is one of the good courses to know much about business administration. Don't confuse please rely on what you want to study and just stick to it.
