There is no common BBA entrance like JEE of engineering. Different universities and state technical bodies conduct their own BBA entrance examinations.

Apart from MBA, you can opt for a course change why not try something like media management, advertising management, branding, these are having much higher job prospects.

If you plan to do BBA alone then it is better if you take electronics and communication engineering as it has huge job opportunities. ECE graduates can work in all sorts of fields like IT, automobile, etc.
If you do MBA after BBA in some colleges like IIM then it is better to go for BBA. But only

You can opt for Lucknow University, also, Bhimrao Ambedkar University is a good option in Lucknow. You can also apply to some prestigious private universities like Amity, Lucknow.

As per UK rankings, University of Bath, University of Durham, University of Leeds, Manchester University, University of Reading, University of East Anglia, Cardiff, etc. are very good for marketing studies. You have to check the entry requirements on the university websites before applying.
