You can get lower rank jobs in MNCs such as Facebook, Google, etc. after BBA from prestigious institutes such as Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University. You may able to get a job in MNCs if you do MBA from any of the top 30 B-Schools of India.

This would depend a lot on your interest areas & career aspirations. MCA will give you explore to multiple IT related areas including software skills whereas SAP will make you a specialist in a specific language & domain.
