Master's degree means deep understanding and specializing in a particular stream. MBA is a vast and real field. It provides exposure to business management in HR or any other domain. MBA is the beginning to know about business administration.

It's a good idea. BBA is a good career choice. But, if you have taken accounts and are interested in it, then I feel BA in accounts / finance will also be a good choice.

You need to check the lateral entry procedure of the college to which you wish to apply. Some colleges do take admission in 2nd year.
