Hello Mukul,
It's a good idea. BBA is a good career choice. But, if you have taken accounts and are interested in it, then I feel BA in accounts / finance will also be a good choice.

No doubt BBA is a good option if you are looking for MBA. Most of the basic courses required for MBA gets covered in BBA. Among the two, BBA is a better option.

You need to check the lateral entry procedure of the college to which you wish to apply. Some colleges do take admission in 2nd year.

In my opinion, MICA – Ahmedabad would be the best option as it have diverse programs in different streams and helps to build career in the management sector.

As far as I know, All India Council of Technical Education has decided to discontinue the BBA MBA integrated programme in May 2016 so I don't think any Institute can offer that programme.
