Dear
It's very difficult to get this amount of salary immediately after BBA. Normally, students are getting this type of placement after MBA from the top B-School.
You can try but to reach upto that level, you have to start a job after your BBA programme and after few years of your dedication, you would get commitment and excellence.
All the best.

Dear,
According to your statement, you can think of BBA programme in International Business or marketing through that you would get the knowledge of change management, operations management and marketing strategy. The BBA course is not only academically rigorous but it also emphasises on workshops and conference that are aimed at introducing students to public speaking, group dynamics and problem solving.
All the best.
