Decent choice to go ahead with, CMA USA is an added advantage for BBA students. Although, not recommended for MBA program if you're looking for.

You don't need coaching institutes for preparation of BBA exams, simply refer books like RS Agarwal and Chandresh Agarwal for preparation where detailed analysis and solutions are provided.

Admissions on the basis of first come first serve means that school or college is offering admissions on the basis of who comes for admission first. It means whosoever will reach early and pay the fee, that person will be given preference of admission.
