Yes, you can get government jobs. As you are from BBA background, you can find better opportunities after MBA. You can try for ETT, if you are interested in teaching.

Both are completely different courses and have different exams. SNAP is a national level exam and a different institute. You have to appear for it after completing your graduation.

Dear Ann Philip,
Airport management specialization is very narrow in its existence. Openings are also very less. I suggest you to go for general BBA and prefer HR and marketing, etc. which will provide number of openings to you. However, the following colleges are the best in hotel management in India.
1. Indian institute of Hotel Management got number of institutions across India which are pioneered in hotel management.

If your preparation is good for the entrance exam then you can take the entrance exam this year itself. Otherwise, you can drop one year and join a good coaching institute to crack exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, etc. to get admission in a reputed B-School.
