You can opt for integrated BBA + MBA course offered in various colleges. I think, IIM - Indore also provides this course.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA from top B-schools in our country. But, you have to work hard, so that you can prepare yourself for the best.
For extra information, you need to appear for entrance exam like CAT, XAT, SNAP or IIFT and then appear for WAT/ PI.

Both courses are designed for entry level jobs after graduation degree but BBA will provide you better industry exposure because of discussions of case studies.

Sikkim Manipal University is a good college and it is a good choice to pursue BBA from the same. There are other colleges too which are better than SMU in terms of faculty, infrastructure and placements.
Some of them are:
1. Christ University, Bengaluru
2. Symbiosis International University
3. Delhi University

Hi Yash,
As you are a BBA graduate, the best option for you is MBA because you are already a business administration graduate, so you know all the basics already. You can go for specialization in international business as it has lot of scope and you will find it really interesting.
If you want to make your career in fashion designing, then this is also a good option for you.

Yes, you can pursue MBA from IIM. You need to score more than 97 percentile in CAT exam for the same.

BBA (Hons) is a better option if you want to pursue MBA, later.To pursue MBA, you need to qualify any of the following management entrance exams:
1. CAT
2. MAT
3. XAT
4. CMAT
5. SNAP

At this stage, it might be difficult. Anyways, to change your college, you need to have the letter of approval from the college who has agreed to give you admission in the same semester or in the lesser one as the case may be. The existing college might not refund your fee.
