Hotel Management is better as there is more scope in that field. Today everyone is pursuing BBA and MBA. So better career option in terms of growth and salary is hotel management.

If you want to do MBA, its better to do BBA. Otherwise, if you have interest in BE, you can opt for technical courses.

You should opt for B.Tech. A B.Tech graduate is more preferred for government and private jobs.
