Best ones are Christ university Mumbai, UPES Dehradun, St. Xavier' College Mumbai & DU. Admission criteria differs from college to college. Some have only GD/PI round while in some you need to appear in written test followed by GD/PI. You can check the procedure on websites of these institutes and apply for them. Admissions are on closing end so apply at the earliest.

Hi Omkar,
AIMS Institutes was ranked among the top 3 B-schools in Karnataka by the 2016 Times B-School Survey. Their placement report this year showed offered salaries up to 9.7 LPA. Take a look at the list of colleges in the survey and you can be assured you will find a best college in Bangalore list at Shiksha itself. These universities will all have good placement rates as well as open campuses and up-to-date computer labs and libraries.

An MBA is a professional course which means that the course should lead ideally to a job. If you are planning to pursue an MBA for the same reason you need to do a cost - benefit analysis. Find the Cost of an international MBA program, look at the salary being offered to the graduates from the college. If you are able to recover the money within 3-4 years then you can go ahead with the International MBA. In my opinion, a BBA from Galgotia can lead you to a good international MBA only if you can manage high grades in BBA. BBA is more holistic and has far greater opportunities if you want to go after MBA, where you can choose your area of specialization according to your BBA subject favorite.

Ideally bms is better though most of the universities have the same course structure but in DU , the placements are quite different so check and decide.

Frankly you do not require any program to become a leader. Its all about your confidence and how you are good with people. All you require is exposure and experience with various people in society. Go for MBA and get some experience in sales and marketing. This is a gradual process. Leaders are not made overnight .
