BBA has a lot of scope depending upon the specialisation you choose and you will have the option to go for MBA after BBA which will considerably improve your employability in the job market.

Probably in private universities you can join Amity university, Sharda university, Galgotia university, these universities are in Greater Noida and you can join Singhania university in Rajasthan and many others universities provide integrated degrees and placements are also provided . All the best

Nandini, BBA HR is better as you will have wider career prospects with it. After BBA Hosp.Adm., your career prospects would be confined to healthcare field but with BBA HR you can have a career in Healthcare field too but this is not possible with BBA Hosp.Adm.
Many good universities in the country offering BBA (with different specializations) and are having good placement record too are Sharda, Lovely, Manipal etc. Some of these universities offer scholarships too.
