BCom will restrict you job opportunities to Finance & Accounting only but BBA from a reputed college will give you more opportunities in different industries in different management functions.

After BBA you can appear for Civil Services and get job in Indian Railway Traffic Services as Class I officer. Railways Recruitment Boards advertise non technical subordinate jobs which include Admin, Accounts, Commercial, stores etc regularly for which you are eligible.

HiB.M.S. course is more focused on developing the managerial skills that would be required to become a good manager. B.B.A. generally involves all the knowledge that would be required for the administration at various levels of a company. BBM is more focused on the analytical and logical oriented studies which further enhances the skills of a person. So choose as per your interests and skill set. Each one of them will lead to either mba or pgdm.

It depends where you want admission. In some universities admission is based on entrance while in some universities it is on merit basis

Your score in BBA depends on your university criteria, it has to be respectable enough. Though technically you may score more than 50% and still get a call if your XAT/CAT scores are good enough but the final conversion may be a problem. For XAT/CAT, BM program 92%ile (Non-Domicile) and 86%ile (Domicile) is the cutoff.
