Depends on your interest. If your purely interstd into accounts or want to become CA and CFA, BAF is gud option. On the other hand, BBA is more into management like MBA.

Anytym BBA as it teaches you management and law as well. It makes you aware about finance and taxation as well. BBM is more into Advertising and Marketing and has very niche scope

SSCBS is the best BBA Institute of India. Getting admission is as tough as cracking JEE for IIT.

BBA is a professional course and the study is more in line with the industry standards , wherein B.Com takes you through the fundamentals and concepts on Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Industrial Policies.
So, both the courses are equally difficult or easy depending upon your perception.

Both degree are similar. It is only nomenclature difference. There may be few electives difference in syllabus of BBA and BBM offered in different universities.
