Hello dear, there are some colleges which allows to take admission in 2nd year prior to successful completion of 1st year. U have to contact those colleges and have to talk with your college management as well. You need to have migration certificate from your present university also to get registered in next university. Most probably LPU has the facility for 2nd year admission. Many others may also have. Check your desirable university/institute's website and have a talk with the management. Hope u do well. Thank you.

All the IIMS provide a five year integrated course they are biggest brands in country. And there are very good private universities like Lovely Professional University (ACBSP accredited), and SRM etc. You may choose as per your eligibility and convenience.

BBA sure would be better. As it would give an idea that you had clear perspective from beginning and MBA was aim not an accident. Now when it comes to colleges chose one offering good placement. You can also go for a dual degree course in Premier colleges like LPU, KIIT,SRM,VITU etc. But i would suggest looking for dual degree programs in IIMS if it is not too late by now.

A good aptitude and cat percentile could land you in IIM . You can also get good scholarships in private universities like LPU and SRM based on your cat score with similar placement opportunities but caution you wont get the big IIM brand name. If you have cat ahead you prepare well. best of luck !
