You may choose to do your Master's in Hindi. There are several programs available these days, depending on your interests and hobbies, you may take up a programme.

If you want to continue with management program, MBA is a good option for you. You can appear for different entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, etc. and to get admission into a renowned B-School.

The two options that you have mentioned are completely different. Opt for something that you are interested in. The above are not career but are courses that will build your career in the field you are interested in. If you want to become an engineer you should opt for B.E. but if you think you want to pursue management and become a business manager, then go for BBA.

You will find good placements in both. What is more important is that what do you like more.
I would suggest you to read about these two specialisations and read what kind of jobs you get in these domains. May be after that you'll come to know what is best for you.
