But, There are physical Counselling in Colleges when there are seats left because many students left there seats and then you can get admission which will be based on the students sitting there at the time of physical counselling (only there rank matters if you are the first according to the students sitting there) then you can get that seat, also when there is less time left for physical counselling you can then get seat by first come first get process (but it has very less chances).
